About the role
Design and ship production AI systems — LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents — with the evaluation and guardrails to make them trustworthy.
What you'll do
- Architect and build LLM-powered systems end to end, from retrieval to evaluation
- Design agentic workflows with tool-use, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Stand up evaluation harnesses, observability, and guardrails for production AI
- Collaborate with product to turn fuzzy problems into reliable systems
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production software, with recent hands-on LLM/ML work
- Strong Python and TypeScript; comfort across the full stack
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and prompt orchestration
- A bias for shipping measured, monitored systems — not demos
Nice to have
- Experience fine-tuning or serving open models
- MLOps / inference-cost optimization
